Jane Tarlo is an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, who draws on gestalt, transpersonal, existential, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches in her work. She holds a BACP accredited diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and is a member of Sussex Counselling.

Jane's background is in the arts. She has an MA in English and is particularly interested in the creative imagination and how it lays the tracks for the reality train to follow in our lives. She has a deep interest in symbolism, and the ways in which dreams can reflect conflicts in the unconscious or symbolise processes of change within the soul.
